- Yes. TintNOW.my is operated by paultan.org, a household name in Malaysia’s motoring scene and all tints are fitted by Tint-A-Glass (M) Sdn Bhd which has over 15 years of experience. Furthermore, all purchases can be tracked, and we feature our staff ID identifier and step-by-step SMS/E-mail notifications. All payments are secured as well, done via iPay 88 and BillPlz
- Yes, you can. Just choose the Self Send In option and schedule the time you wish to send your car in.
- Yes, we are offering discounts which are as good, or better than what you can get if you walk into a tint shop. In fact, we are throwing in vehicle pick up and delivery for free!
- No, TintNOW.my absorbs all credit card transaction charges.
- Yes, 5 years of warranty is applicable for all products
- All of our tint products are covered by 5 years of warranty against product or fitting defect, they are not covered against removal by the JPJ even if the tint product is marked as compliant
- Yes. However it is only applicable for cars picked up by 10.00am or 1.00pm the same day if the particular vehicle doesn’t require removal of existing tint, or by 10.00am the same day if the particular vehicle has existing tint which needs to be removed.
- The number relates to Visual Light Transmission (VLT) which indicates the percentage of permissible light through a tint film. The higher the number, the more light can go through and vice versa. For JPJ’s recommended tint VLT, please click here.
- Security tint films are tint films which are harder to break through. They are measured by microns (indicated by the term “mil”). Security films are 4 mil and above.
- We offer packages that are completely within JPJ’s guidelines (70%, 50% 30%); however you can choose other options depending on your preference. If you choose a package which isn’t within JPJ’s guidelines, you will do so at your own risk. We highly recommend sticking to the guidelines!
